A 45-minute strength session focusing on one primary movement (squat, deadlift, bench press) coupled with isolated accessory movements to help keep you strong and injury-free.

Weightlifting

Designed to help you learn and practice the fundamentals of the Olympic Weightlifting Movements - the Snatch & Clean and Jerk. Big emphasis on technique, positioning and building strength in good positions.

- You have no experience with weightlifting
- You struggle to make progress in the CrossFit classes with your weightlifting.
